The joy of compromise! Decorating can get complicated at thelittlewildfarm because, even though we’re there quite a lot, we don’t actually live there. The idea is that it’s a very open house for family and friends to stay in whenever they like, as a place of peace and refuge. So although we all have ‘our’ rooms. In fact they need to be available - and wonderful - for anyone else to stay too. Which means all decorating becomes a three/way negotiation to create rooms that are somehow personal, but also welcoming for a wide range of people.
