Writing this post at 05:15 AM on a Tuesday morning, still fully immersed in the deepest awakening month I have had since 2014. My hair still smells like burnt sage, my body is slightly trembling but fully awake on only an ounce of sleep as it experiences with wondrous eyes how much power and grace it had locked away inside for so so so long. Since turning 30 end of of May, I have chosen a full-on reclamation. Embarking on multiple & a variety of plant medicine journeys, saying goodbye to my teacher of 5+ years and my assisting role for her, shedding generational trauma, integrating subconscious sabotage patterns and 100% reclaiming the autonomy over the sacred vessel that gives me my reality: my body🥰.
