"Mosel" is where I grew up and became the person I am today. As immigrants in Germany, this wine region was all we knew and had. It was both a blessing and a curse. Being the only dark-haired person in my class, I always had to work harder than others in school. Even getting to school was a journey, as my parents didn't have a vehicle and the school was far away. These experiences taught me valuable lessons and instilled in me a strong work ethic to achieve my goals. I have countless memories in this area. Can you see the river down there? I used to swim from one side to the other. It's crazy to think about how I used to play in nature, surrounded by mountains and always connected to the water.
