Being on the Executive Board of the International Federation of Business and Professional Women as the 1st African in 92years to lead 110 countries in the world is truly a privilege. Even more inspiring is, connecting with powerful Icelandic women in governance, passionate and intentional about closing the gender gap in the workplace and achieving parity at every level and industry.
