Polyamory is sold as enlightenment, but most of the time it is avoidance dressed up as identity.
It lets people bypass jealousy, attachment wounds, and accountability by calling it a lifestyle.
Instead of doing the painful work to heal, set boundaries, and build self respect, they opt into an ideology that excuses instability.
Sharing a partner does not make you evolved.
It usually means you are tolerating what you would never accept if you valued yourself.
If your partner is out chasing others while you sit at home calling it growth, that is not freedom.
That is fear of being alone masquerading as openness.
Real healing requires backbone, self worth, and the courage to face your wounds instead of rebranding them.
