The gaudatsjunkband started up in Lucca, Tuscany in 2015, created by Daniele Guidotti (nicknamed Gaudats), An Italian artisan and musician. Whilst working in the local center for zero waste, inspired by the goldmanprize, Daniele set out to construct by hand a series of musical #instruments from discarded wine crates (guitars), plastic canisters (#bass), left-over plastic tubing (#saxophone, #trumpet and #tubaphone), and thrown out pots and pans (#drums) which all together formed the foundation of a veritable musical band!
