I grew up watching and playing Mortal Combat and for the past 6 weeks I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kano himself aka thatjoshlawson ☄️🐉 In our first week we assessed his movement and strength and from there set a goal, predicting he would pull 160kg from the floor by Christmas. Today we tested that prediction falling just shy however still landing a PB with a 150kg deadlift.
