💔 I Thought I Was Too Young for This…
At 49, I’ve finally learned that what I’ve been going through for over 15 years wasn’t “stress” or “mood swings.”
It was perimenopause and I was misdiagnosed again and again.
For years, I was labelled at work as aggressive, emotional, unstable. But the truth? My body was fighting a battle no one ever talked about.
In my early 30s, I was on top of the world — full of energy, juggling work, relationships, life.
Then, slowly, my body started sending signals I didn’t understand:
💧 Waking up drenched in sweat, heart racing
🩸 Periods that were heavy, light, or gone completely
💭 Anxiety that came out of nowhere
😴 Exhausted even after 8 hours of sleep
🌪️ Bloated, achy, disconnected from my own body
I kept asking myself:
“Am I burned out? Am I losing it? What’s wrong with me?”
No one told me that perimenopause can start in your 30s.
No one warned me how lonely it can feel.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
👉 You’re not crazy.
👉 You’re not broken...
