**MENTAL WEALTH** ... So yesterday I talked about how the post natal journey has taken me a bit by the balls and hit me over the head with a sledge hammer in the process, creating all sorts of anxi moments that I just wasn't prepared for. Thankfully, I am feeling a billion times better than I was but I reckon without the support and acceptance in 2019 of the wider community to speak out, the anxi shite could have prevailed. My ability to let the world know how I feel and express my emotions (some might say intensity!) is in great part thanks to this man esmondbaring who gave me license back in 2016 in Bali to be myself, to express who I actually was and be ok with that. No more battles with trying to be something I wasn't, no more Boll Sh*t.
