On this 15th of August, we hosted a 3 hour live workshop and it was beyond amazing! We had more than a 100 people participating. All of these 100+ people had the choice of using their Sunday to unwind and do nothing – but instead they decided to invest that time in learning and self growth - and chose to attend our workshop. And for that, I am nothing but grateful! One of the highlights of this workshop was the Q&A round that took place, where over 60 live questions were answered. It was not just me - the entire Omfit Army was deployed to deliver this knowledge. As they say, team work makes the dream work! The most gratifying feeling is when we see people’s feedback – that they are looking forward to implementing all the concepts they have learned. Knowledge is of little use, unless applied.
