Body positivity? A question was brought up by one of our members regarding body positivity in the OMFIT Inner Circle Meeting. . Due to social media and access to connectivity, anyone can practically have an opinion and describe it as an ideology. Some people begin to follow such ideologies without understanding the purpose behind the idea. One such idea that has been picked up by influencers nowadays is 'Body Positivity'. OMFIT Inner Circle Meetings have been a part of our program for a very long time. These gatherings are to celebrate our member successes, their achievements, interesting activities that happened throughout the week.
