"Some professions are extremely taxing mentally as well as physically - like being in the police force or army. My heart reaches out to everyone who make sure that our well-being and safety is being taken care of. Giving back something in return of what we get is what I truly believe in. Gaining knowledge and spreading it in the community is what really drives me, especially when it comes to anyone in uniform. These people put their time, sometimes, even their lives on the line for us and delivering them value was a humbling experience for me. The seminar was centered around nutrition and how positive changes can be made in someones life who is extremely busy and having a hectic job. The presence of Pune's A.C.P. Mr. Chandrakant Sangale made the seminar even more special, and it stretched for over more than 2 hours.
