Here’s how we suggest spending the day between Lake Tekapo and Arthur’s Pass: 🥧 Morning: Fairlie Bakehouse Start your day with one of New Zealand’s most iconic pies. The steak & pepper from Fairlie Bakehouse is our favourite! 💦 Midday: Sharplin Falls Hike A beautiful 2.5 km hike (return) that’s perfect for stretching your legs and maybe even going for a refreshing swim – as long as it’s safe to do so, and if you can handle the cold. 🪨 Afternoon: Kura Tāwhiti aka Castle Hill Wander through this epic landscape of massive limestone rocks.
