This was for a dakine shoot years ago when my knees still had full fluidity and I could carry a small child on my back. I’m older and wiser now so I hire assistants for that. Anyone who wants to tell you how hardcore they are, or how much they had to endure to get the shot, let them have that. I’m happy to take an easy ride to the top and enjoy the view. This was probably one of the easiest shots I got during my stint in winter photography. Nature was just doing it’s thing and I took in the beauty. Hot tip for 2023.
