You say things more impulsively without fear of judgement/consequences 3. You are hard to manage because of lot of corp sales management is fear or competition based Here's the upside of not being scared, in corporate sales. 1. You aren't afraid to cold call or meet with prospects 2. You are delusionally confident in your product and what you say on meetings 3. You can ride the highs and lows of sales without spiraling (this one I wasn't as great at) Have I been afraid many times in my life? Of course. But I was never raised to be.
