Not everywhere works with kids — these places genuinely did.🙌 🇩🇰 Billund, Denmark Legoland Billund over the UK was a brilliant decision. Travel hack: go in early–mid April for minimal queues(Easter hols not broken up yet in Denmark!) . Don’t miss LEGO House nearby — we loved it even more than Legoland. 🇸🇪 Sweden Perfect for active families. Great as a quieter, cheaper alternative ski trip (try jarvso ), or as a summer cool-cation with lakes, cycling, kayaking and endless outdoor space we loved rivierastrand 🇪🇸 Costa del Sol A classic for a reason. Family-friendly, excellent value for eating out compared to the UK, Blue Flag beaches, great kids’ clubs and easy variety with a car. 🇬🇷 Greece (Parga & Crete) Parga feels like a Greek island on the mainland — relaxed, beautiful and with warm water even in October we loved pargabeachresort .
