The show I couldn’t even change my outfit. Because the property market in Lanzarote was absolutely booming — flats selling like hotcakes, properties falling through, and everything moving so fast I had to rush straight from a viewing to the offer location 🤣 Lanzarote honestly surprised me. It had a bit of a reputation when I was growing up, but filming there completely changed my view. The island is stunning with its otherworldly volcanic landscape — from the busy tourist spots to beautiful homes tucked away in the middle of nowhere, plus such a warm expat community. It’s a really special place with so many different ways of living. And I absolutely loved our house hunters, Trish and Ruth — genuinely lovely people, and we had the best time filming with them.
