Much has been said about London and the UK recently, and I understand the concerns. I firmly believe in the right to protest, but as someone who loves travel and culture , I can’t help but appreciate London for the incredible beauty it offers in one place.
For me, London isn’t just a city—it’s a collection of memories. As a child and into early adulthood, I spent countless nights and days zipping through its streets with my dad, who worked and networked until the early hours. We would park up in every corner of the city, experiencing its many sides and people.
There’s something magical about its energy—the hustle and bustle of Chinatown, an Eritrean restaurant sitting right next to a Vietnamese one, the unbeatable shawarma on Edgware Road. The streets are alive with a mix of sights, sounds, and accents, each adding to the city’s rich, vibrant character.
