Not every time I have a concrete idea in my mind to start with. So when I feel that nothing is coming to my mind or anything inspiring around me, I start the process of finding the line. I call it finding the line because of the nature of approach towards the process. I have no expectation to begin with. And I let my hand doodle randomly, just searching for an interesting form. When I see something that is remotely promising, I start with rough detailing to see if it can take me somewhere. Many a times, I ended up in a destination I never expected to be in.
