The journey was extremely testing and difficult. At times, I felt like I should take a turn and go home. But suddenly there was an echo in my my mind,.."Your true home is ahead," and I I took another step forward. As I moved further and further, the darkness started swallowing me slowly. After a while, there was no light. My eyes were no longer adjusting to the darkness. I was blind and walking.. There were thorns and sharp things piercing and cutting me from everywhere. But I kept with my pace. At one point, it felt like I was tucked into a vibrating void. Just pulled right through. As I felt the pull, I screamed the name of my mother. And a blinding light struck my eyes, and I felt home. She was there waiting for me.
