Is the expectation of having to look a certain way worrying you? I find lots of the lovely ladies I coach online were so deflated because of this expectation they almost couldn’t start their weight loss journey. They felt it was pointless because everywhere they looked on IG, it seemed everyone else was “perfect.” Two things here… 1) Please don’t judge your reality against a perfected shot for social media 2) Please don’t judge yourself against anybody else.
