An integration Sound Bath today at a Mens retreat at the beautiful Brew Creek Center in Whistler. While I held the space for their integrative journey, the echoes of my experiences with this type of inner work reminded me of the power in supporting one another. Grateful to witness the men's exploration of vulnerability, unity and growth. Sometimes, the magic lies in holding the space for others to shine. #soundbath #menswork
