Let’s talk FUNCTIONAL, not just trendy. 💡 🌅 Morning workouts are my top pick if your goal is FAT LOSS. • Cortisol is naturally higher in the morning, which can support fat metabolism. • You’re more likely to stay consistent when you “win” the day early. • Better insulin sensitivity = your body uses fuel more efficiently. 🌙 Evening workouts can be amazing if you’re trying to BUILD MUSCLE or GAIN WEIGHT. • Your body temperature and strength often peak later in the day. • You may lift heavier, perform better, and stimulate more muscle growth. • Post-workout meals in the evening can support recovery and healthy weight gain.
