Eat slowly and deliberately. Put your fork down between bites. No screens at the table — your phone is not a dining companion. Favour low glycaemic index foods that don’t spike your blood sugar. Make breakfast or lunch your biggest meal. Keep dinner light and early.
That’s it. No calorie counting. No food scales. No restriction.
