📍 Golubac Fortress, Serbia Weekend get away with Sasha. And some of my bullshit photos. Golubac Fortress where the Danube’s widest stream flows into a pass of the Carpathians Mountains placed in the strategic significance of the area. Golubac Fortress is mentioned the name appears in various: Galambas, Galambocz, Taubersburg, Giwerdzinlik… But each word ‘Golub’ which means ‘dove’.
