Throwing it way back to 2020 when #TLOU2 came out because I’m currently watching thelastofus (obviously) and absolutely loving it! Little back story, I first played #TLOU in 2013 when it first launched on PS3 🥺, fell in love with it, replayed the remastered version on PS4, played Left Behind and then TLOU2. 10 years later, no game has been able to take its place as my favourite. I’m emotionally attached to Joel and Ellie, as most people who’ve played the original game are, and that’s why I was sceptical, almost worried, about this series because, in my experience, TV/film adaptations haven’t ever quite lived up to their original counterparts. The Last of Us, however, surpassed all of my expectations. Although they modified parts of the original story and even added new sequences, it does the game justice and is nothing less than perfection. I cannot wait for next Monday 😭 Neil Druckmann made it happen!!! #TheLastOfUs
