Pet relocation agencies are milking the situation right now. Quotes for two people and one dog are averaging around AED 70K, plus complicated paperwork and logistics. A huge dent in finances just to relocate into an uncertain future? No thank you. And family does not get left behind. Yes, the situation is stressful. But as a long-time resident of this beautiful country that's given me so much, I have full faith in the UAE. This too shall pass.
