Got over my perpetual fear of bee stings on the ancient ruins of a Roman temple in Tas-Silg, Malta under the guidance of goldenislandltd Bee keeping was introduced to the Maltese island by the Romans, and the name 'Malta' even means honey, which was either given to the country for their exceptional honey or their honey-hued architecture. This archaeological site dates back 4000 years, and is still under excavation.
