New hair really does bring good energy. After having a baby, my hair changed a lot and I wasn’t feeling my greatest. So I decided to give myself a little upgrade and added tape extensions to support where my hair is at right now. When your hair feels good, your energy shifts. You feel more confident, more like yourself or an elevated version , and things just start to flow a little easier. This was about meeting myself in this season and choosing something that felt supportive, not overdone.
