✨ Just graduated my 200h thesrisriyoga Teacher Training ✨ Every day began at 6:30 AM and ended at 9:00 PM — not just asanas, but also meditation, breathwork, self-discovery, and deep transformation. 🌿 In the serene beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains at the artoflivingboone Retreat Center, with nourishing vegetarian food and a community of souls walking the same path, I experienced what yoga truly is: a union of body, mind, and breath. It wasn’t always easy, but it was profoundly worth it.
