There are only so many hours in a day and yes time is an illusion, but its also a measurement; although linear it does serve a purpose in this 3D world. Now Energy is something that exists beyond this 3D world in different forms in different dimensions. Now some energies are infinite and some are limited. Now if you look at the energy you put into the things you do and the people around you, its clear that energy isn’t unlimited and infinite, because you experience a depletion of energy. But what you can look at is the distribution of energy. Where you put your focus, who you give your time to, what are you saying yes to and what you are doing with your linear time.
