Our curved Chelsea mews house is featured in the latest edition of Homes and Gardens and it’s so nice to be able to share the project.
It was a joyful project working with our lovely clients a fun couple in their twenties. We genuinely had lots of fun bouncing ideas back and forth coming up with the design. The house is on a lovely, quiet street but it lacked character inside and our clients wanted to make it unique to them with new, interesting features.
Together we went on a creative journey redesigning and sculpting a new home for them within the shell of the existing house and adding an extension. We went back to brick removing pretty much everything internally including the existing staircase. We used recurring curve motifs and a restrained but warm palette of materials and colours throughout.
