Eton House, Belsize Park Currently at the early design stage, we’re delighted to be working on this elegant stucco fronted villa nestled within Camden’s Eton Conservation Area. Our plans include looking at potential extensions across the basement & raised ground floors, reinstating period features, creating a flowing kitchen, dining and living space on the raised ground floor, and refreshing the entire house with considered contemporary updates. A generous rear garden offers real potential, and we’ll be developing a landscape design that integrates it more closely with the architecture, enhancing both daily life and long term value. The surrounding area has a fascinating history. Once farmland owned by Eton College, part of an estate granted to them by King Henry VI in 1449, it was gradually developed into a leafy enclave of stucco fronted villas for the professional classes in the 19th century.
