The principal bedroom in our Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. Before and after. The room was strangely bare with all architectural features apart from the cast iron fireplace inset and the arched window removed. We carefully sourced details in keeping with what would originally have been here. Adding cornicing and a late Georgian Carrara fireplace gave the room its structure again, and from there the interior scheme came together naturally.
