A dreamy bedroom for an 8-year-old avid reader in Islington, London. Nestled in a mansard roof loft conversion, this cosy room was designed as 'A library I can sleep in' as our brief. We carefully crafted bespoke joinery and shelving to maximize the space, ensuring plenty of room for her beloved books and special keepsakes.

The soft blush hue on the walls, Plaster II from paintandpaperlibrary Paint & Paper Library is calming and we used colour drenching painting the walls, shelving, skirting and cornicing in the same colour. Brass-accented globe lights add a touch of warmth, making it the perfect spot for bedtime stories.
