I just had the call from my doctor… and ALL my blood levels are now back in the normal range 🥹💛 Ferritin, folate, sodium — everything that was flagged only a few weeks ago has improved. I truly believe the changes I made over the last three weeks have had a huge impact… and I’m honestly over the moon.
