I don’t like making videos like this, but I’m big on being open and honest — even when it’s uncomfortable. I placed an order with gymsets_ and specifically avoided pre-order items. I also paid £48 for fast-track delivery, which I would obviously never have done if the items were pre-order. After the order wasn’t fulfilled, I requested a refund. I’m now being told that the items were pre-order, which simply isn’t true — and my refund request has been ignored for almost two weeks. This isn’t about impatience or a small delay. It’s about being told something that doesn’t add up, and then being met with silence when asking for my money back. I’ve tried to resolve this privately and would still prefer that.
