GLACIER LAGOON Imagine the frustration to see this, have a Canon 1Ds Mark III somewhere in Africa and you have to take photos with your iPhone 13 Max Pro. Now you get the picture! 😂 I applied a preset I created in LightRoom for a Kalahari during a storm. For some reason, this preset (M&D 011 Kalahari Storm T&0) works quite well. Glacier Lagoon or more exactly Jökulsárlón is a glacial lagoon, bordering Vatnajökull National Park. The glacier releases icebergs into the lagoon. Some of them are washed out into the Atlantic Ocean and a few get stranded on the shore. Now I’m going to loose some of you. Breiðamerkurjökull Glacier is the exact name of the glacier and part of larger Vatnajökull Glacier. Some of you will have deducted that Jökull means Glacier in Islanding. But for the sake of understanding, I added glacier at the back. The lagoon is also home of a few hundred seals in winter but we could still spot a few.
