Mixed emotions this New Year's Day... Sad to see the Address hotel still in flames, a place we have all celebrated many New Year Eves in the past with our friends and family. Relieved to hear that everyone made it out, but to some friends who lost their homes and cherished possessions, I can only imagine the despair you feel and I'm here to help in any way possible.
