How I View AI In A PhD I see research in 3 phases 1 - Collecting Ideas To Form Hypothesis 2 - Collecting The Data 
3 - Formulating Your Findings To Share/Discuss With all the AI out there much of the focus is reducing the time spent on 1 and 3 
Which creates more time for us to spend on 2. Although our unique mind is ideal for thinking of new ideas, AI can definitely help to find the info we need and help us put together those thoughts or findings a lot quicker
