Why Do I Work So Much? Honestly because I enjoy the grind, the hard work and the journey. This is not to be confused with overworking or burning out. As a large part of what I do now I actually enjoy I don’t see much as work or something “that I have to do” it’s more “I get to do it. Whether it’s brainstorming new research connections.
