Imposter Syndrome is NOT Inexperience, it’s the opposite. If you’re new to something, it’s normal to doubt yourself. That’s inexperience. It simply means you need time, training, and exposure to build capability and competence. But Imposter Syndrome? That’s when you already have the experience, the talent, skills and the evidence of success, but you still feel like a fraud. ▪️You’re not lacking knowledge. ▪️You’re not faking it. ▪️You’re just not internalising your success.
