We are fearful of being “exposed or found out” We see the world and our #selfworth differently than others see us. This causes us to catastrophize over the smallest mistakes or constructive feedback / criticism. And It can also cost us our voice, one of your most powerful assets. This is all driven by the story we tell ourselves.
