🎤 Unmasking Imposter Syndrome with westpac It was incredible to be back at Westpac last week speaking with more than 7️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ staff across the group. Many of whom hold Technology roles (or are commencing a Tech role) 💻 As an ex Technology leader it’s also wonderful to see Westpac championing Women advancing in and across the tech space including their new EmPOWERUP Tech-Returnship program. Returning to the workforce can be a major transition in which #impostersyndrome can raise its head. The EmPOWERUP Tech-Returnships is just one of Westpac’s phenomenal programs to help women transition back into the workforce and build a career in tech.
