Overcoming #impostersyndrome with 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣+ members / cohort(s) of the Nurse Anesthesiology Program - at USF Health - College of Nursing 💚🎤 usfhealth I have immense admiration for this group and its leaders! What a joy to spend this time with them discussing and dismantling Imposter Syndrome, self doubt and self sabotage. Environments that are high pressure, high stress and highly competitive can be triggering for Imposter feelings. Breaking down the true definitions and impacts of #impostorsyndrome and #selfdoubt with high performing individuals places the control back in their hands. Through this new perspective and self awareness, plus expert structure and science based evidence backed tools, high performers can push back on such fear based feelings and experiences. Imposter Syndrome (if it shows up) is not something we have to live with.
