In these cases, I prefer a closed rhinoplasty approach—placing the rhinoplasty incisions inside the nose—so they are kept as far as possible from the lip lift incision. This helps separate the surgical zones and supports a smoother healing process while refining both the nose and the upper lip in a balanced, harmonious way. At 1 month, healing is still ongoing, and the result will continue to soften and refine over the coming months. Individual results vary.
