Gynecomastia Surgery | Before & 3 Weeks Post-Op Swipe to see my patient’s pre-op and 3-week results. ✨ In this case, gynecomastia was much more pronounced on one side—and asymmetry like this is very common in male breast enlargement. Using a 1–2 cm incision placed along the edge of the areola, we can perform both liposuction and gland excision through the same discreet access point. This allows us to hide the scar in the most natural location, where it typically blends very well over time. At 3 weeks, healing is still in progress—swelling, firmness, and minor asymmetries can be normal, with continued improvement over the next few months as the tissues soften and settle. Individual results vary. This post is for informational purposes only. #gynecomastia #gynecomastiasurgery #gynecomastiacorrection #malebreastreduction
