Breast Lift with Silicone Implants | Before & 4 Months Post-Op Swipe to see my patient’s pre-op and 4-month results. ✨ In this case, I performed a breast lift with silicone implants using a 300 cc round implant placed in a subfascial plane (over the muscle). To address skin excess and improve breast position and shape, a lift was also done using the inverted-T scar pattern. At 4 months, the breasts are usually much more settled, with improved upper pole fullness and a lifted, more balanced contour—while healing and scar maturation continue over the months ahead.
