Breast Lift with Implants | Before & 8 Months Post-Op Swipe to see my patient’s pre-op and 8-month results. ✨ In this case, I performed a breast lift with implants using a 300 cc round implant placed under the muscle (submuscular), combined with a vertical-scar lift to improve breast position, shape, and overall proportions. At 8 months, the breasts are typically well-settled and the contour is much more established. However, it’s important to remember that scar maturation takes time—scars usually continue to soften and fade over months, and reaching their final appearance can take a few years. Also, while some patients may be candidates for an implant-free lift, when there isn’t enough natural breast tissue/volume, an implant may be necessary to achieve the desired fullness—especially in the upper pole—along with a stable lifted shape.
