Your weight may be connected to more health issues than you realize. I know losing weight is hard, but your joint pain, blood pressure, and fatigue could be related. You don’t have to be perfect; even small changes help. We can work on this together without judgment. 2. Antibiotics won’t fix viruses, no matter how miserable you feel. Sometimes rest, hydration and time are the only cure. 3. Medications only work if you take them. If cost, side effects, or forgetting is the issue, tell me. I can’t help if I don’t know what’s actually happening. 4. Prevention beats treatment every time.
